Classes

  • Through songs and movement, little ones build coordination, focus, and social skills while having fun!

    Ages: 18 months - 2 years old.

  • Tot Acro works on movement, tumbling, and flexibility.

    Ages: 3-Kindergarten

    Requirement: Pre-ballet or Ballet I is a requirement.

  • Tot Hop works on rhythm, muscle development, coordination skills and body control.

    Ages: 3-Kindergarten

    Requirement: Pre-ballet or Ballet I is a requirement.

  • Designed for preschoolers, this class teaches rhythm, movement, and beginner, ballet in a fun, safe setting that builds coordination and confidence.

    Ages: 3 - 5

  • Ballet is the foundation of all dance technique, and therefore highly recommended for all dance students. Ballet promotes correct posture, body placement, grace, poise and turnout. 

    Ages: K-12th

  • Tap is a technique that incorporates the essentials of rhythm and timing. Terminology is stressed as well as footwork and of course, style!

    Ages: K-12th

  • Jazz classes move at a fast pace to help increase coordination, stretch and flexibility. An emphasis is put on learning proper technique and terminology.

    Ages: 1st -12th

    Requirement: First graders must take a summer class to prepare.

  • Acrobatics teaches students basic tumbling up to advanced gymnastic tricks. The acro moves are then put into a routine set to music with a jazz style base.

    Ages: 1st -12th

    Requirements: Jazz is a requirement for all acro classes

  • Hip-Hop offers a great workout, as well as commercial type steps. 

    Ages: K-12th

  • Lyrical Dance uses movement to express emotion and interpret music. It blends elements of Ballet and Jazz. The concentration in Lyrical will be on fluid movements paired with advanced jumps and turns. A lyrical dancer uses movement to express strong emotions such as love, joy, or anger.

    Ages: 3rd-12th

    Requirement: Ballet is required for all Lyrical classes

  • Modern blends elements such as freedom of expression, interpretation of music, the principles of fall and recovery, control, breathing, balance and contraction / release. This class strengthens the body, and improves balance and flexibility to enhance the student’s performance. 

    Ages: 3rd-12th

  • Contemporary blends elements such as freedom of expression, interpretation of music, the principles of fall and recovery, control, breathing, balance and contraction / release. This class strengthens the body, and improves balance and flexibility to enhance the student’s performance. 

    Ages: 6th-12th

    Requirement: Modern class is a requirement for all contemporary classes.

  • Pre-Pointe is designed for students with previous Ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working towards being in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles.

    Ages: 5th-12th

    Requirement: Ballet is a requirement for all pointe classes

  • Pointe is designed for students with previous Ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles.

    Ages: 7th-12th

    Requirement: Ballet is a requirement for all pointe classes

  • The dancers will work on the sharp commercial jazz moves needed for any cheerleader and some basic tumbling skills.

    Ages: 1st-6th

  • This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and technical skills. Dancers will work on conditioning exercises, stretching, balance, and proper body alignment to improve overall performance.

    Ages: 1st-12th

  • A fun Bootcamp style class that focuses strength training that can be applied to dance or every day life.

    Ages: HS-Adult
